Emma, do you want to live a life of freedom and adventure? Are you wanting more than the daily grind? Me too. Welcome to the Emma Lovell, show a place where we talk about living a life you love. Now I'm your host, Emma Lovell, and my number one value is freedom. I've spent the last 14 years running a business and traveling the world, and now I take my husband and toddler along for the adventure too. It's possible, and I know you can create a life doing what you truly love as well. This podcast will inspire, motivate and encourage you to go after your dreams, to create a life you love and to live it now, not wait for a time and or someday in the future, I'll be sharing episodes weekly about how I harmonize business travel and self care. I'll also bring on incredible guests to share their journeys, the wins, the challenges, and how they're creating a life they love. Let's jump in and get dreaming. This is a space for you to manifest a life you love. I would like to acknowledge and recognize Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as the first peoples of this place, now known as Australia. I am grateful for the continuing care of the land, waterways and skies where I work, live, listen, learn and play from here on Yugambeh country and from wherever you are listening, I pay my respects to the elders past and present. Hello and welcome to a very special episode of the podcast today. It is our 100th episode. I actually can't believe it. This is my third podcast, and this is the first time I have reached 100 episodes. So the first podcast I had was lovely travels, and it got to about 87 episodes. I then had the live and love your brand podcast, which is a personal branding podcast, which got to maybe 87 as well. And then this is the Emma Lovell show, which is all about how to live a life you love. I do love the word love, and lots of love around me with the Lovell, but this is the first time that we've hit the 100. So huge. Thank you to you for being here and to listening. You don't have a podcast without listeners, so thank you for keeping on coming back and for sharing that what you enjoy and what you're getting out of the podcast, because that keeps me going. It is a bit funny sitting in a room talking to yourself, essentially, and not knowing if anybody will ever hear what you have to say, but I know that you listen, because I actually get very specific feedback, and even things quoted back to me. So whether that's a couple of people or 100 or 300 people, I don't know, 1000s of people, yeah, that means a lot to me. So we are at 100 episodes. There are 1000s of downloads. There are hundreds of subscribe subscribers, and it all means the world to me. So thank you, especially because this one is name mine after me, my namesake, it's the Emma Lovell show. So that could be a bit daunting, putting your name on a show and being like, does anyone actually want to listen to what I have to say? But you know, there's more to this show, obviously, than just me talking. It's also a show that has so many wonderful guests, and I'm just going to rattle off a few of our wonderful guests that we've had over the time. A big thank you to Chloe, mascord, Erin, Huckle, Sarah, rosg, Jessica Osborne, we had BEC Chappell, who came on as a guest as well as as a guest host, to talk to me about right why I wrote my book. We've got Lindy Alexander a case study. Ben Southall was a case study. Valerie KU Ray pastors, Yemi pen Danielle fireland, Ellen Gabriel and Tina tower, all case studies in my book and were featured on the podcast. We've had Emma walkenshaw, Jade warn we've had Lizzie Williamson, the energy lady herself. So many amazing guests. Tara Ladd, oh, just incredible people that I'm so thankful for making the time to come on and talk about their life and their work and how they live a life they love. I loved having an episode with Anna Featherston recently about launching a book, and she was my fairy godmother with the book and helping me to get that out into the world. I loved having conversations with Amanda. Amanda about a death doula being a death doula. Amanda Collins, that was such a profound episode and happening at. Time that was pretty intense for me. I've cried on this podcast. As you know, I have laughed many, many times on this podcast. I've shared from my heart, my most recent being you can't, which is a reading from my book, which always makes me emotional. That part I've shared about needing cheerleaders when things felt really hard when I was writing, writing the book. Yeah, I've, I've talked a lot. 100 episodes is a lot, and so it's time for me to stop talking. And this episode is throwing over to you, the audience. And I've had some wonderful people who listen to the show, who have sent in some little audio grabs about their favorite episodes, why they love the podcast, why they listen, and any other little notes that came with it. So let's throw over to them and hear from you, the listeners. If you enjoy this episode, let's do another one in future. You know, we can ask you questions. I think it's really fun, and I'd really love to hear what you love on the podcast and what you want to hear more about, because I want to make content that helps and serves you. That's what it's here for, as well as sharing my journey in the ins and outs of what it's like to really live a pleasure life and how you can activate that in your own world. Alright, so over to you. Here's some messages from the wonderful audience of the Emma Lovell

show, okay, so my favorite episode would have to be the how to build trust for your website, which featured myself and Emma talking about tips to improve your website and to develop your online business card. And what I liked most about this was, obviously, was the first time I got to be on Emma's podcast, and she said, Oh my gosh, you are the first male to be on my podcast. And I was like, Look, I'm not the typical stereotype of what you would see as a male, but I was very pleased to be the first and definitely wasn't the last one. So it's great. Okay, so my favorite episode would be number 69 my life as a tour manager, and that was because it allowed me to reminisce with Emma and how we met together on a beautiful Oxfam trek raising money to help combat poverty. And really, in that beautiful terrain of the supper Valley, we got to connect and became lifelong friends, which I think is just so beautiful. And, yeah, it's a real gift that Emma has in terms of connection and as a tour manager, she just truly shines in her way of travel.

Hi there. I'm Leah, and I run the productivity queen. I'm based here on the Gold Coast in Australia, and I would have to say that my favorite episode is episode 98 all about the long game. I want to create something that is sustainable and going to provide for me and my family for the long term. So it was so beautiful to hear that I'm not the only one that wants to do that, and that there are so many ways that I can actually do that in a way that's going to be suitable for me, my family, and for me to be able to just do the shit that I love the most, and serve the people that I want, and really ensure that I'm doing it in a way that feels good for me. So I am definitely all about the long game. I am here for a good time and a long time, and I'm glad that I got to hear the insights from Emma in regards to the long game and why she is also doing the same as well. How

amazing is the Emma Lovell show. I am so excited to have crossed paths with this podcast. It lights up my days. I'm always blown away by the incredible guests that Emma seems to find and cross paths with that really open up my mind to the possibilities that I may not even have thought about, even with my own podcast. So thank you, Emma for such an incredible podcast. Congratulations on 100 episodes. I'm Amanda Yuen, a lifestyle coach, helping high achievers bounce out of bed and create the time, headspace and energy to have more fun so that they can move mountains. I live in Fremantle, Western Australia, and I just think the Emma Lovell show is gold.

Christine conkonen here from pivot freight solutions, and she freights. I'm currently in Brisbane, and why do I love the Emma Lovell show? Good question. It has. Is a multitude of episodes that range from anything in travel. Travel hacks the pleasure life. So mixing your travel, leisure and business together, there's business tips. Emma is confident and well spoken. She says so she shares so many insights to running a business with a toddler. Covers many aspects of business, from startup, her startup phase through to becoming a successful business, I think, over 15 years worth. So yeah, jump on if you haven't listened, give it a go. There's so many interesting guest speakers that come on board reflections. I did a podcast with her, a podcast episode the shephrates to India. That was incredible. I'm a little biased, but give that a listen and yeah, just give it a go. It's the best bet.

Podcast, Hi, I'm BEC, Haddad. I'm a freelance writer and digital marketing specialist. And my favorite episode so far of the Emma Lovell show is an episode em, did I think back in May about how she does it all. And essentially, it was a great episode, just talking about how you really can't do it all, and just the pressure of unrealistic expectations that we place on ourselves to do it all, and how your priorities are different to somebody else's priorities. And so what you spend your energy on is different, and so your output would be different. And I just loved em, kind of, you know, drilling that point, because I just think it's so important. I think especially in the age of social media, it is so easy to compare yourself to your peers, your industry peers, and just think, Oh, my God, how is that person doing everything? And all of our circumstances are different. All of our financial goals are different, all of our business goals are different. And so what we prioritize is always going to be different. And so it's almost impossible to compare yourself to somebody else, because no two journeys are the same. And I just loved that point. It's something that I always remember as well. And yeah, it's a great episode. Thanks. Em.

Hi. I'm Brittany Hayes. I don't have a business. Chose it. Anyone, absolutely anyone, can listen to this podcast. I work in a business. I live out in Torquay, in Victoria, but mostly work in Melbourne. I love this podcast. I really connect with Emma. I know Emma outside of the podcast, and I think she's absolutely wonderful. I think her podcasts are just so engaging and so real. My absolute favorite episode of all time is the Disney Cruise episode. I actually had a few tears whilst listening to that podcast. Anyone that knows me knows I'm an absolute Disney freak and me and Emma. Emma and I had been talking about the Disney Cruise for so long, and she was going on there before me, so listening to that before we got on the boat, and just imagining, you know, walking on the boat, hearing the music, hearing the name calmed out, called out, it got me ready for the cruise. And just knowing that there was so many magical moments to come, and that Emma had also, Emma and her family had also got to experience those magical Disney moments and just getting the chills, because, yeah, I love Disney, and Emma, I think you're fantastic, and your podcast is just so great. I look forward to listening to all of your episodes.

Where do I even start talking about what I like about Emma's show? I don't have a favorite episode because there's too many. So I'm not one to choose. I'm indecisive at best of times. But what I love about the show is the fact that she gets so many different people on with so many different backgrounds and so many different stories and so many different ways of living their life. And the overarching thing is it's okay to live the life that you want to live, and it's okay to not be conventional in the fact that, you know, nine to five get married, have a baby, do all this by the time you're 30. And especially as a woman, there's so much pressure put on us as to how we should live our life. But also, equally, for a man, because, like, they need to provide, they need to have this, you know, job that fits this traditional norms. And I think what the show does really, really well is showing people there's other ways to live your life, but also giving really raw examples of how that can happen and how people can live their life differently. I absolutely love that about the show. I love listening to different people's journeys, their hardships, their challenges, their. Wins, their successes, and also it's like, really quick, right? Like, most of the episodes are, you know, half an hour or less. There's a few that that, you know, sneak over that mark. You never complain, because you're always in the app. But yeah, that's what I love about it, the fact that it's unapologetically asking people to live the life that they want to live. And I think Emma always does that, and I love it with everything that she does. Hi,
15:23
it's Nikki Ellis, and I run a business called cinch here in Melbourne, and my favorite episode of Emma lovell's podcast is, I think it's called fit, fierce and fabulous. And it's my episode with Emma, of course. But the reason I love it is Emma's questions were really insightful. She creates a very nice and warm and engaging vibe in her podcasts, and really allows her guests to shine. So of all the podcasts that I've been a guest on, I've really, really enjoyed being on Emma's Hi,
16:00
I'm Erin Huckle and I am a PR consultant and freelance writer. My business is chuckle communications, and I have the absolute joy of being the publicist for Emma's new book, The Art of pleasure. At the moment, I love the Emma Lovell show because Emma is so honest and open in what she shares, but also really generous in the knowledge she shares. I've got lots of favorite episodes, but one that stood out to me recently was the chat with Kate Christie, really big fan of Kate's work, and hearing her and Emma talk about the life list and how that can be applied to any of our lives, and how it has made a huge impact in the life of Emma and her family, I found it really moving and really inspiring, as so many of those episodes of the show are. So thank you, Emma for creating such a wonderful space. I love having you in my ears, and I can't wait to listen to the next 100 episodes. Bye, hi.
16:58
My name is alpha. My business is money made simple. I'm in Brisbane, Australia, and I love the Emma Lovell show. I'm trying to pick an episode, but there's a few. I love the one with Emma walkenshaw talking about how Emma has shown her how to make do, like successful retreats. I love the episode with Anastasia tikas talking about intuition. Jessica Osborne on congruence, Sarah Rosberg on Rafiki muema. And I just love the rawness of all of the episodes that Emma records. And I especially love the one I needed this as much as they did. She really gets deep into life, business, motherhood, successes. I've called them failures, but they're often challenges that we overcome and we come out better for. But there's just there's so much gold in each episode, and the conversation she has when she has guests are beautiful, open conversations with really lovely people. So I listen to it every week if I can, and if I don't, I try and get back to the backlogs that I haven't listened to. So if you haven't listened, listen, and if you have listened to one or two, keep going through some of the older episodes, because there's gold in there too. Thanks so much Emma for bringing this to the world. Hi

there. My name is Angelica Hazel tutuinge. I am a women's health and fertility nutritionist and a freelance travel and wellness writer. I am based in Adelaide. I absolutely love the Emma Lovell show. Emma is so bubbly, so inspirational, and she gets equally inspirational guests to feature on her show. My favorite episode is probably the Lindy Alexander one, just because it was, I think Lindy is fantastic. So getting an insight into how she got to where she did, and just a behind the scenes look at the amazing, cool work that she does love that also love all of the behind the scenes episodes about Emma's India trips. Really, really good. I also loved the Ben Southall. I don't know how to pronounce it. That was an awesome episode. And I'm gonna stop now. Otherwise, I'm just gonna name them all. But yeah, love this show. Absolutely recommend it. Hope you put many, many more. Because, yeah, I'm definitely cheering you on loving it. And, yeah,
