Welcome to today's podcast. We are going to be speaking to the gorgeous Kerry rowett, intuitive, business energetics mentor. I met Kerry kind of online and then at a conference in person, and since then, I cannot stop talking to her or about her. So this is a beautiful chat, I think, and had my mind blown a little bit still reflecting upon it. So I know you're going to get a lot out of it, but just a little bit more about Kerry. She's an intuitive business energetics mentor, and over the past 15 years, has worked with many of the online entrepreneurs you know and love in her mastermind and one to one session, she helps her clients clarify what they want and their aligned pathway to creating that. She helps them align to their goals, and she weaves together her own blend of business, energetics, healing and psychology support to help her clients clear anything blocking them from creating what they want so they can create their version of aligned success. Carrie is so good at what she does, and I can't wait for you to hear this magic. All right, let's dive in.

02:33

Welcome to the podcast. Carrie Rowan, I'm so happy to be here. Emma, thanks so much for having me. Thank you for doing my own little personal whip quick kinesiology session, because that's what basically this podcast is just for me to get things that I want so amazing, we're going to make it about you. Please tell us, Kerry in your words, who are you?

02:56

So I am Kerry rower. I live in Adelaide with my beautiful husband and two gorgeous little children. They are five and seven, and I'm an intuitive business energetics mentor. And I have had my business for over 15 years now, and over that time, I have worked with a lot of really successful entrepreneurs, many of them who are really quite well known. And these days I have a mastermind and I also have one on one sessions, and I help my clients to clarify exactly what it is that they really want, and their aligned pathway to creating that. And I weave together my own blend of business, energetics, healing and psychology support to help them to clear anything that might be getting in their way so that they can achieve their goals. No, it's so needed, and it's so wonderful. Um, I like, it was weird. I was like, I feel like we should know each other, but we didn't. We was, and then all of a sudden, you were just coming up in my feed a lot, and I'm like, and I was like, messaging me, like, I know of you. And I was like, Yeah, I know of you. Like, why is this not happening? Why? And then we got to hang out at TASH Corbin conference, and it was like, well, obviously this was meant to happen. So here we are. Absolutely it's so interesting. I'm sure everyone listening has had the same experience where you do get to see someone a lot online, and I've even met people and said before, like, have we met in person before? Or do we just feel like we know each other because of that online connection? And that's such a it's a great testament then, to both of the brands that that it's working and that you don't want that big disconnect, that when you meet, like, what what I'm seeing of Kerry and what she's sharing is, then what I receive in person and the same, you don't want to see me, and I had somebody actually come to mind on my launch events the other day, and she said, Did you know that that person was that person? She's like, I didn't know it was her. I had no idea. She decided talking to me and she couldn't connect the online person with the physical person. And I was like, that.

05:00

It's problematic. That's really interesting. It's all about that alignment, isn't it? We love alignment, and I'm going to hold that right up now. We've got your book with my little book with our little twin books. Oh, look at us. It's so cute. So your book align and attract and I love it. I'm not sitting there anymore like I'm an author. My book came out, like, three weeks ago, and you're like, Yeah, I wrote a book too,

05:25

in a very lovely way, like, I have a book too. And I went on and I was like, Yes, I would like some of this align and attract. So your book came out a little while ago, though, tell me about why you wrote it, how that all came about, absolutely. So I published my book in 2018

05:43

I started writing it in 2016 I was pregnant with my son, and it just started to drop in and what I thought I was going to be writing with a book about alignment, how to create an aligned business. And then I started to receive this scene, and it's the first chapter of the book, and there's this character, and she's at a cafe, and she's reflecting on where she is at and how she's feeling about everything in her business, which is not great. You know, she's not thrilled with where she has landed. And I think for anyone who has a business, you can read this chapter, and even if you don't feel like that right now, you probably have at some point, because the entrepreneurial journey, it is rich with emotions and thoughts, feelings, experiences, you get to really, you know, experience the full gamut of that. And I thought, oh, maybe this is just the intro, and then we'll dive in. And then I started to realize, oh, no, this is the way this book is wanting to come through. It's actually wanting to come through as a story. And this main character, Anna, she's this true amalgamation of, yes, some of my journey and experiences, but I've worked with, you know, many hundreds of clients, 1000s of sessions over the years. And so she's also an amalgamation of all of these different people and even snippets of conversations that I saw on social media or in groups. And so when people tell me, oh my gosh, I felt like you were writing about me, I'm not surprised, because it was really tapping into that collective experience, which is not just one person's unique experience. And my intention as I started to dive into the book was that Anna just gets to be essentially someone you can journey with as you are clarifying exactly what you want in your business. So it's not like, Oh, Anna is nailing it in her business and she has the exact business that you would want. That's really not the case at all and but she's going through this reflective journey and asking herself what she wants at the same time that you are invited to do the same. So if you compare having a conversation with a friend about what you're both doing and making decisions and making plans, and then, you know, moving on to the next thing and talking it through. It's more of that kind of energy, rather than it being a prescriptive explanation of how you could create an aligned business. And so it started in 2016

08:42

but I was pregnant, as I mentioned. And anyone who has had a business and been pregnant, particularly the first time, time is crunchy, like you start to hit up against a very hard deadline of the arrival of a little human and a movable deadline, the only immovable deadline probably I've ever really experienced, right? And so that deadline was approaching, and I really had to get my business ready for that, as much as you are able to get it ready for that. And if I had to park the book as much as I was really enjoying bringing it through, it's like, this can't be the priority right now. And I parked it for longer than I expected, because I had one of those little babies who

09:27

is very alert and is not fond of the sleep day or night. And it's

09:35

a very kind way to phrase it, little person, yeah, and so that really took up a lot of my time, energy and attention for quite a period. And then it wasn't until 2018

09:49

that I was then able to start to dive back into the book. But what was really interesting is, like when we're writing, we're putting together, you know, a.

10:00

Big project. Well, sometimes we feel like we want to bring that through as fast as possible, but having that break actually gave me more perspective, and I was able to see actually how much the online space had shifted within that time, and that's only increasing, like the online spaces move so fast as anyone will know this, if you've had time out, whether it's through having a child or, you know, maybe you've stepped back through it for a different reason, and then you dive back in, things change so fast. So I was able to bring through more of that perspective and generalize some things that you know at that time, you know, I know, I think she might have been blogging, or she might have been doing lives, but I was able just to try and use more generalized terms for what it was that she was doing in the business. So the book didn't date in five minutes. And it does, it didn't date, because I'm, I'm doing it now, and it's just as relevant. And when you first told me about, like, oh, I read the back, but also you told me about the character, I was kind of like, I don't know how that like, I don't know, like, how's it going to be a story? I was like, Okay. And then as soon as I started it, I was like, oh, but the thing is, it's quite a slim book, and so I had this idea, and I've told Kerry this that I was like, I'm just going to smash it out. Like, I've got like five books. I just, I've got this friend's book and this friend's book, and I'll just do a bit of like content at the moment and get all these great ideas. And, yeah, I'll just smash it out anyway. Like, within the first few pages, it's like, Don't smash this out. This is, you're not supposed to do it like that. And as I started it, I was like, Oh, sure, sure, sure, yeah, okay, Carrie. And then I started and I was like, Oh, this is, like, deep

11:52

and reflective is if, I mean, that's what you created it to be. It is very reflective. And I think it, it's really, I can see it as something that I can pick up again in a year or two years and do the same thing again. And it would still be very it would be a very different, probably different answers, but very, still very relevant as a fabulous way to check in. And

12:14

it has you asking those bigger questions that really aren't quite obvious about what is it that I want? What is aligned for me? What am I trying to create? And yet, the feedback that I have received time and time again is that we just don't ask ourselves those questions a lot of the time, because we get very caught up in what's next, what do I need to do today, and also what's coming at me and reacting to that. And what I believe we really require is to be very intentional about what it is that we are desiring to create, not just this month or even not just this year, but what is the lifestyle that I'm trying to build, and what is the business that I really desire to create? Because we can just get caught in thinking I want more, more clients, more revenue, and what I've experienced is when I started my business back in 2009

13:24

I didn't even think it was possible that I could have a full time business, yeah, like, I just wasn't even something that was on my radar as a possibility. I was just delighted that I could be able to have a business on the side of having a job. And within 18 months to two years, I had a business that was at a full time capacity. But a full time capacity looked like working with a lot of one to one clients as my only income stream. And so you can already hear that that was going to be problematic, and it was so I just wanted more I wanted more clients, and that felt like my version of an aligned business at that time, and that had to evolve. And I think that's really key here is what's aligned for you in one season, or what it is that you think you want in one season is not the same as what is aligned for you in a different season, and what you see to be possible expands, yeah, and at that time, it's a question, you know, and I've opened put on my book cover, it's like, what does living a life you love Now look like, and so that now, does you know, before I was had my son four years ago, that now was very different to what I want now and what in, even in a year like I couldn't, I mean, I committed to this book 14 months ago, my own book. And I you just, when you start out such a big project, can't even you can be.

15:00

Lies, but you're like, I don't even know.

15:02

I don't you can't even fathom. And someone in my book, actually, she said the most beautiful quote. She's like, I'm living a life I didn't even know I could dream of.

15:13

Like she didn't even think she was allowed to dream such a life, let alone live this life. And I was just like, poor like that, just

15:23

like radiated, and I played it back to her. I was just like, that is,

15:28

you know, like, so kind to your younger self as well, to go, like, Look at this. And I just keep it's really nice to have full circle moments, actually, to take yourself back, if you can, like, I went back to my university last week to walk back into a room that I walked out of as a graduate 14 years ago, to walk back in holding my published book with all the stories of all the things I've done. It's just like, even just to visit maybe where you started your business, or to visit a place that you were in your youth. And think, What if little little Emma or little Kerry stood here just to know what's possible. And you did a wonderful exercise with us, which was, and I love these visualizations and future sort of visions, and it's funny, because I've often, I guess you didn't put a time on it, whereas I think a lot of them has been told, like, the five years or 10 years, or like they've put a date on it. And so it was really interesting, because it I went 13 years into the future. So interesting. I think I did say, choose five years as a default if you have a timeline, but it's okay if the timeline that you choose is shorter or longer. So Emma's talking about we did this visualization when we're at the conference of this vision of the life that you really desire. Yeah, and I went 13 years ahead, and I was like, I just hadn't, because I kept kind of and it's good to have a saying. There is a vision that I have, and there's certain things that are coming into that, and it's coming clear and clear each time I do it. But it was really nice to go, well, obviously, you know, you gotta, you'll be there, and then it's even further. And funnily enough, in a way, I think sometimes the five years even is actually a bit further than I think

17:11

what I'm seeing is I'm actually further along than the 13 than the five years. It's, yeah, it's very interesting. It's wonderful to do. But something I really love that as well. And what I'd like to add to what you just said is that it's that, like the essence of possibility and allowing yourself to dream. And I think that's really at the heart of your book, isn't it, around allowing yourself to dream of living your life differently to what might have been modeled for you, and how you can be so unconventional and creative in creating a life that you desire. Because what I do see sometimes is that if you do move from having a job into having a business that in itself, can be the dream. So it's like, I've achieved that. But then we might actually create a business that feels like a job, yeah, and we might create a business that is actually based on some limiting beliefs around what it is that we believe is possible, what we have seen modeled to us directly, and it's not really based on what do I really want and what would be really aligned for me and What else is possible here? Yeah, oh, absolutely. And that's was the book was a big answer to that you can't, like the many, many ways you've been told you can't, as opposed to, opposed, opposed to the ways that you've been told you can. And I, I reflected upon on the stage, the people who were on the stage at the conference, at TASH Corbin Heart Center Business Conference, including yourself. And funnily enough, I think a lot of us had a start in 2009

19:06

or, like, sort of a pivotal time. Like people kept saying 15 years, and it was like, I just, I then did a podcast last week, or the long game, and it was like that longevity. It was like, everyone's here and they're staying here. And so it's that staying power and that I we probably didn't know 1520, years ago. Let you know, filio, what, what this would look like, but we're still all here. And I just looked it up to these, you know, to all of these women, and it's like they're all doing it their way, and they've been on that journey level done probably as well. That the, you know, business thing too hard, and then the life thing too hard. And now just seeing everybody was really It felt like everybody was very much doing it their way. It was very they were different, but everyone was fine. I think that's the beautiful thing, isn't it? You kind of know that you're landing on.

20:00

What's right for you when you probably can't see anyone who's doing it quite like you, because your blend of business and life is going to be different, and the mix of what you actually do within your business is going to be very different based on your own values and your priorities, your strengths, and so, yeah, we get to lean into that. And I love that perspective of like, taking that long view. And even if we take that a step further now and think another 15 years ahead, well, I can tell you now that when I have started doing these longer projections, I look 10 years ahead, I'm actually not in my business anymore,

20:49

and that's been a really big wake up call for me to go, this is a limited time that I'm doing this work, and I'm doing it in this way, And so what's the impact that I want to have, and this version of me that I've tapped into 10 years from now, I was like, why am I doing my business? And she's got, she's like, quite fabulous. And she's just like, Honey, you have got bigger fish to fry. Like, yeah, it's like you've got other things that you're going to be doing. And so again, what it is that we dream of now our future selves can have different dreams, yeah, so like really capitalizing on this time that we've got right now and making sure that what we're doing right now is as aligned to what it is that we want it to be as it can be, because nothing is forever. Yeah, I really, I felt that. I really, when you said that, I really felt that in my body, and it's like, it's a bit, I don't know, do you feel like I see that? I I see we're on video. You feel quite delighted by that. I feel excited, but I feel scared by that too. Like, the thing in my body is a bit like, like, Oh my gosh. Like, what? Because you it's unknown, like, you know, so there's a lot of trust. There's a lot of trust in that. And I certainly don't want to be doing like, gosh, you look, yeah, when you do look at that 15 years back, you're like, oh, gosh, I could never have imagined that sort of path and journey and how it evolved. So yeah, how would we know that? What's the next 15 years? But I think, I think it's good things, like, it's just, but it's that, that leap to the next or that step to the next level, it's like, Oh, yeah. And I love what you're saying, yeah. And I think this relationship that we each have with uncertainty and trust, it's just so worth looking at and continuing to cultivate that trust in your self, because we can feel like there might be a sense of certainty around us at some times, but really that is just a perception. You know, whether we feel like that certainty or uncertainty around us, it's really how we are choosing to perceive it, because things can change at any time, like certainty can be taken away, right? And so that the certainty that we really require is an inner certainty that I can navigate, and I will navigate, and yeah, when I look ahead and I don't see myself doing exactly the same thing. I do feel excited about that, because I'm only going to be doing something better. Yeah, and it doesn't mean like. It doesn't mean you don't like what you're doing. Now, I think I sort of said it is just that,

23:55

well, let's make the most of this season, because it won't always look like this. And, you know, I think even it was a great snippet from a Richard Branson conversation. Hamish Blake said it, and it was like, This guy was like, hey, you've got all this money. Can you just give me $1,000 now? And he's like, You know what? I give you all my money, I'd go and get it all at the bank. If I could have your age, like, if I could have your time of life again? And I don't. I don't necessarily, like, I understand the concept, but I'm like, I don't necessarily want to be 22 again, but, but you can't. I had a real moment of that in India, actually, I came out of a monument and there were these people standing next to me, and they were trying to hail a rickshaw, or didn't know what they were doing. And they were very like, oh, I don't know what we're doing now. And I was turning the other way and going into my air conditioned, you know, driver, driven car. And I was like, I had these two pangs, simultaneous feelings of, I'm never going to experience that again. The last that, oh, like, you know, because I just don't travel that way. In India, I have a partner there.

25:00

We wouldn't allow it. I kind of don't want to either. So how to, like a longing for that. But then I also had a sense of relief at the same time, of like, oh, I don't have to do that anymore. So it was really interesting. Like, longing and loss for because I just cannot, I just will not do it that way anymore. Like, yes,

25:19

point, I love that. And coming back to the point you made around the present, I think when we it's really interesting how we're sort of having this past and future and present conversation, isn't it, the way that's weaving through this whole discussion? But yes, what it does mean in the present is that what is activated for me, it's like, well, then I can't hold myself back, because the only reason I would be holding myself back is because I think I've got all the time in the world, and that's not true for any of us. That's the objective reality. And so if I don't have all the time in the world, because none of us do then I need to do what I want to do now, yeah, and I can't wait. Or I can, you know what I mean, it's like, yes, you can wait when you need to wait, you want to wait, and so on. But if I'm waiting out of a feeling of, oh, I'm not quite ready, or maybe I can do that later. Or, you know what I mean, it's like, no, never gonna be right. How can I actually shift what needs to be shifted within myself so that I am ready now and I can take action in the ways I desire to take action now, because it's actually no better time than now. Now, yeah, oh, it's Yeah, I love it. That is, I just just gonna sit with that.

26:44

I would love you to share a story that I listened to on your podcast. Because you know, when someone you meet someone, and they got all these fabulous podcast episodes. So Kerry has a fabulous podcast, and it's very hard to know where to start. And I think you suggested one, and then I found one near it, which was about manifesting your house. And I loved that, and I think that was a great example of when you want something. And sometimes it happens a lot faster than you imagined, absolutely. And this does feed into that past, present, future conversation, again, because it happened fast at the end, but it equally happened very slowly in parts as well, and so kind of due to life circumstances, I met my husband, you know, a little bit later in life, we decided to have children straight away. I had a business. He started a business. So buying a house when you are starting from a very low savings base is not easy, right? And it was a future reality, and I was totally fine with that. I was very much in the moment and aware of the choices that I was making and wow, I was making them and just owning where I was at on my journey. That was fine, but over time, I wanted to step into that new reality of owning at my own home, because it felt to me like, you know, I'm in the next stage of my life, and we've got this level of stability, you know, we have these different perceptions, but you don't need to have a home to have that. But anyway, that's what I wanted. And what, you know, we looked into the different options, and we spoke to a broker, and I was like, Okay, well, you could borrow this amount of money, which was like, not enough at that time, to get what we would want. And then the market just blew up. So it's like, then COVID hit, and then you're watching the prices go up and up and up. And it's like, initially, after having thought the prices were going to go down, which is what everyone thought at the start. Of course, that is the opposite of what happened. And they went crazy. And so those same properties that I had looked at and thought it's a bit out of reach, well, they were going up by hundreds of 1000s of dollars, you know? And so it was like, Oh my gosh, this is actually just not even going to be a reality for us, was the way it was looking, even though we were saving. And actually our investments at that time were going up because the share market was doing really well, and I had quite a lot of money invested in share. So I did have, you know that going on as well. And so what I did with this was a lot of energy work, actually, and visualizing it having taken place, and being in that reality where we had bought and continuing to clear and to shift within myself all of these beliefs and stories that I was telling myself about why it wasn't going to happen or it couldn't happen, and also taking the practice.

30:00

Action. And so I've done a bit of work with Haley Carr in the last few years. I did her NLP certification, and she has an advanced visualization process, which I really love. And so I was doing that process, and then at the end of it, she'd say, what you need to ask yourself is, what is phase one of me achieving this. So what is the tangible and practical action that I can take now? So I started to do that a phase one initially was, well, let's clean out the garage, and you know, all of the shed and all of the stuff that we would get rid of if we were going to move house. Right? Then, you listen again. Go back into visualization. What's phase one now? Well, it's getting certain finances sorted. At that time, I think I had a company structure, but I need to make sure I'm paying myself a salary that I can point to. Okay, done that. Now, what's phase one next? And on it goes right. And then over time, I mean, my husband's business was growing, and it was growing quite substantially, and so the way it all ended up happening was we were essentially pushed out of our rental property, or encouraged to be pushed out. They weren't actually able to push us out, but that caused us to then take the Phase One action of speaking to a broker again, and our reality had actually shifted, and we were because of the success of my husband's business, and would have borrowed a lot more money. It's like, Oh, that's interesting. We wouldn't have discovered that if we hadn't felt this push out of the rental property, we started looking around and finding properties, and then we found the house we now live in, and I sent it to my husband, and he's like, it will be too much. And I was like, I agree. And then I sent it to him again. I said, look, it's there's an open tonight. And long story short, he went to the open. I actually didn't even think he was going to go. I rang I'm like, where are you? He's like, I'm at the open I'm like, oh, okay, no worries. He came home. He was buzzing like a light with this, you know, this property, and he really loved it. And I went and looked at it. The next day. I loved it. We both just like, if we could afford it, we would get it. Came to that auction intending to watch because our finance was not finalized. And so we arrived, and again, long story short, we rang our broker, who answered, gave us the green light. I bid, and we ended up buying a house that day. I just love it. I love it. The thing that I'm hearing there is that it's we sometimes decide before we've even tried, that it's not for us. And I found myself saying a little bit at the moment, I'm saying, I don't, we have a future dream home, which is why I'm very interested. But I've, I've sort of been saying, and I think I've even covered up a picture at the moment, so I need to get that picture back up there, but I don't think it's going to happen in 2026 so I'm really saying that I don't think it's going to happen in 2026 but it's like the what would it look like if you know, or you know we haven't talked to any a broker or gone through with our like, what is our financial situation, or what would we need to do? And I was last year going and looking at houses, and we haven't done that for a while. So there's things. There's things that like, well, it's it's just, if I'm deciding, and it might be that I truly am deciding that I don't want it that year, that I said I want it anymore, that might be the case. But if I'm just saying it's not possible, I mean, so much has changed in a year or so, and for you, that was months, not even years, right? And so, but if it, if you don't, even if you've decided, then you're not going to take that first step to even do anything about it, that's right? And you know, just speaking about that example of the house is so many factors. It's like it is the right broker who, if you've got a business, is used to working with businesses. It's them selecting the right bank who is more favorably able to look at a business, rather than some banks which do not they are more favorable to an employee for whatever strange reason. And so it's like it's all of the practical pieces as well as those energetic pieces and clearing the blocks within you. But it's not just one or the other. It's when I'm doing both, that's when you can gain momentum, and it's only going to be positive. I think that's the way to think about it, if you've got that longer term dream or something that feels out of reach. It's like continuing to take those steps forwards, steps forward, which are going to benefit you anyway. There's nothing that we did in that process that wasn't beneficial to do. Yeah. Uh, Carrie, I want to talk to you forever, but I'm going to I'm.

Ask you one more question so and send you on your lovely day,

35:04

what does living a life you love look like now?

35:10

And so for me, there is a lot of intentionality about how I want to spend my days and how that looks across a week and how that looks across a year, I mentioned having my two young children, so I for the last seven and a half years, have not worked more than three days a week, and until last year, it was two days a week, so very limited work hours, and I would not have expected that before having children, but I just found that for me, at my family, that is what worked for us and for my children, and also just for me, was really kind of carving out space, certainly to continue my business And for that to be able to continue to flourish, but being able to have that time with my children as well, and it's continuing to look at what is working for me and for my family and what's not working, and making really intentional choices and decisions around that. So being proactive when I'm noticing that something isn't working, and sometimes it can be ironically, because I've just told you I work part time, that I'm working too much, because just because I work three days a week, of course, we all know like it can creep into your evenings. It can creep into your weekend. It can creep into the moments you get during the day, and you can feel like you are actually working a lot, but without many designated work hours. And it's like, if things like that are happening, it's like, what am I going to do about it? I don't want to stay in that space of feeling victimized by something for very long at all. I want to come up with a solution that helps me in the moment, but also leads into that bigger picture vision that I've got for my life as well. And then overall, you know, across the year, ensuring you know, much like you, but not to your extent, that there is travel in the mix. There are trips that I'm taking, yes, with the family, but for me also, and I think the same for you, it's like making sure I'm gaining time with my friends, and one of the reasons we wouldn't have met sooner is because I didn't do that travel when my children were much younger. It's only been the last couple of years, and that I really value getting on a plane going to the eastern states. As I mentioned, I am in Adelaide. I did not start my business here. I started it in Melbourne. A lot of my business network are in the eastern states, so I need to go to them. And that's how I get to have that connection. I might go sometimes, you know, for six days, which is what happened when I went to the Noosa event, and I just do all of that connecting and meet fabulous new people like you, Emma. And those are my connections, and that nourishes me in between times as well. Yeah, no, I love it you.

38:21

I love how much you practice what you preach as well, and that you're checking in with your work. And I know I've really valued, just as a very nutshell, your work as kinesiology, I really value I have a kinesiologist. I've had various ones over the years. What has surprised me is, and I did ask you this question too, because you work in groups, but I'm surprised by how effective it can be.

38:48

Even I've had some zoom sessions, but also through a book I am I'm really surprised by how much guidance and insight is coming. It's a testament to your work and the way that you've you've channeled this that I can have in such a short time, these shifts from something that, and I think it's such a it can hold us back at times that you think are the only way to work with someone is one on one. But I love that, you know, and it's something that I'm very much going to enjoy through my book journey too, is that we can have so much more of an impact by putting our work into another form, so that it's not so reliant upon us, and that you can do what you want to do, which is to help more people. And this, you know, is it so delightful that? How long has it been now? 656, years the book? Yeah, I guess it's six years, and it's still having, you know, someone like me is discovering it this year and going, my gosh, and then what did I tell my friend? Did I want to do it with there? And I know that it's going to be helping us for a year or two. And so I just it's blown me away that that

39:54

this work, that I thought had to be so one on one or guided, can be guided, but through a different form. So.

40:00

Yes, I think that's really great for everyone listening to think about as well. It's like, whether or not it's a book for you or it's putting your IP into like a program, a podcast is another great example of something that you create, that people can continue to gain benefit from for years to come. And like when we're able to put our thought leadership, or, in my case, you know my healing work as well, and my like perspectives and the way I think about things, when you're able to hone that in places that people can continue to access and to benefit from, and in your programs like that's where your work gets to have a really, a much richer legacy. Yeah, richer legacy, and more It's freeing. It's freeing for you, and it's freeing for them, because you can access it at all levels as well. And I think that's always, you know, when we're working at potentially a mastermind level, or as a one on one, and you get to a point you can't, literally, it becomes inaccessible. And so to have your work become accessible and that people can meet you where they're at on the journey and meet the work where they're at on the journey. And and I kept referring someone recently. She's like, start with the book. Let's start with the books. You might get what you need out of the book and not but that's it was, right? It's like, that's, yeah, right, start with the book. And then if you feel you need more, then we can go to here. Um, if you know that you need more, then we can go to there. And I think, yes, there gets to be a point in your business journey where you want to have those tools and ways to support people, which can be free because you literally cannot help everyone. And speaking of that, you can actually download a free copy of the PDF of my book, and you can get that from align and attract.com/free

41:50
