About Ann Marie Grace
Ann Marie Grace is a soul alignment life and business coach, artist, and visionary guide who helps people break free from conditioning and consciously create a wildly beautiful life.
Her work sits at the intersection of soul and strategy — blending psychology, neuroscience, and spiritual modalities to translate complexity into grounded clarity. At the core of her approach is Your Soul’s Unique Blueprint — her signature synthesis of astrology, Human Design, and Gene Keys — a powerful framework that helps individuals understand their inherent design, reconnect with their inner wisdom, and make deeply aligned decisions in life and business.
But Ann Marie’s work wasn’t born from theory — it was forged through lived experience.
Originally trained in fine art, she followed a more “practical” path into business after university, driven by the belief that life was meant to be serious. What followed was a decade of searching — 14 different roles before the age of 30 — each one an attempt to find clarity, direction, and a sense of purpose.
She eventually found her way into the wine industry, but her life shifted dramatically after a skydiving experience that introduced her to breathwork and yoga — a moment that became the catalyst for profound personal transformation. After healing from 16 years of depression, Ann Marie trained as a yoga teacher and went on to found a global SaaS business in therapeutic yoga and meditation. She also created Global Yoga Therapy Day, bringing together practitioners and communities around the world.
In 2022, at the height of outward success, she stepped away from her business due to burnout — a pivotal moment that marked the beginning of a deeper realignment. After remarrying and briefly entering a new entrepreneurial venture in the wine space, she experienced what she describes as a “midlife breakthrough” — a powerful return to herself, her creativity, and her true values.
Rediscovering her original art portfolio became symbolic of something much bigger: a reconnection to the parts of herself she had once set aside.
Today, Ann Marie brings together everything she has lived and learned — guiding people who appear successful on paper but feel disconnected within, back to their truth, purpose, and the quiet radiance that comes from living in alignment.
Through 1:1 coaching, group programs, retreats, and her body of work The Wildly Beautiful Life™, she helps individuals break free from conditioning, give themselves permission to be, and intentionally design a truly aligned life.
She is the founder of Thriving Through Connection and host of The Wildly Beautiful Life podcast, where she shares practical tools and soulful insights to help others come home to themselves and create lives led by clarity, courage, and authenticity.
Ann Marie is also the author of the forthcoming book A Wildly Beautiful Life™, expanding her work into a deeply personal and practical guide to aligned living.
Born in Atlanta and now based in Melbourne, she brings fierce heart, emotional depth, and lived experience to every space she holds.

00:00:19: I've said that love for whom he has run his business in travel which is fantastic.
00:00:55: Let's jump here & get dreaming.
00:00:57: This Is Space For You To Manifest A Life You Love.
00:01:02: I would like to acknowledge and recognise Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as the first peoples of this place, now known as Australia.
00:01:13: Welcome to the Emma Lovell Show today.
00:01:27: I'm delighted to have a fabulous guest with me, someone that i've aligned with very quickly and wanted to share with you our audience.
00:01:36: so welcome to the podcast today.
00:01:37: Anne-Marie Grace
00:01:39: Thanks for having us, it's my pleasure to be here.
00:01:42: So do you want tell this story of how we met because its kind fun?
00:01:46: Yeah absolutely!
00:01:48: So I am a sole alignment coach.
00:01:51: I'm also a professional astrologer and i have been chatting with some people about astrology, and they were skeptics And it got me thinking what would be interesting to have?
00:01:59: A conversation With some skeptics or people who've never had an astrology reading before and so I put out the request through uh media algorithm Organization and that's how eminai we're introduced each other.
00:02:12: and so we ended up having a really beautiful Conversation and saw some parallels in our lives.
00:02:17: and here I am.
00:02:18: Yes, that's some source bottles.
00:02:20: So I've been on Source Bottle for almost as long as my business has been around it such a wonderful resource and to get...I actually have never used it for shout outs but maybe once or twice But i've got amazing media from it And you know
00:02:38: same?
00:02:39: It was actually my first time to do a shout out and I just thought I Was going to put it into my Facebook community.
00:02:47: read for someone I don't know anything about and so
00:02:52: there we are.
00:02:52: So, yeah i'm not a skeptic my husband's a skeptick but please pick me because i've never had it...I have been very curious.
00:02:59: You know, I say it's so aligned and the conversations come up at the right time.
00:03:04: It was like...I have been looking a lot more into The Moon, into understanding my star signs.
00:03:11: I've always loved knowing my sun sign.
00:03:15: I'm a Leo in very Leo-y talk about it!
00:03:18: i'll use it in posts sort of just in conversation.
00:03:21: uh Very much part of my identity.
00:03:22: but.. I didn't understand.
00:03:25: ..the impact of ...of the chart.
00:03:27: How
00:03:28: much?
00:03:29: Yeah And how
00:03:31: much Leo?
00:03:31: How much Leo, yeah.
00:03:32: And I didn't...I was given a chart by family friend actually used to do astrology and she did one for my son.
00:03:39: as you know Emory like we've sort of got.
00:03:45: they're so full-on.
00:03:46: i think that's the thing is there's so in depth and She gave me this booklet just the language in it everything Like Just where really helps having someone interpret.
00:03:57: So coming round more into fact I probably needed someone to do a reading for me too, fully.
00:04:03: And just for me because you know people will dabble and they'll say a bit here in there.
00:04:06: so how did you come to be?
00:04:09: Your reading was so beautiful and so accurate and thorough.
00:04:12: So i appreciate it.
00:04:13: How did you get To Be an Astrologer?
00:04:16: or would you call yourself an astrologer?
00:04:18: Yeah,
00:04:19: I do call myself an astrologor but I'd probably Call Myself A Soul Alignment Coach As The Higher Umbrella.
00:04:24: uh...and so how I came to this work is that I guess, i first learned about my first natal chart reading was in twenty twelve and it really piqued my interest.
00:04:35: So how does this woman she spent two hours like going through all of my characteristics?
00:04:39: My personality some events that maybe happened not specific events but just overarching themes That might have happened in my childhood etc.
00:04:48: And I thought How did you know this?
00:04:50: Just from a simple birth time and place and date of birth?
00:04:54: And so that piqued my interest and I probably started reading a little bit at that point in time.
00:05:00: But as you've shared, it's dense the symbols is another language right?
00:05:05: So it's not something that you can easily jump into and life is busy.
00:05:10: It took me awhile to invest more fully but when i went away actually before that... I worked with A Life Coach who introduced me to human design and gene keys And there were a couple of things that really stood out for me.
00:05:28: I thought, oh!
00:05:29: That makes so much sense.
00:05:29: and knew they came from astrology.
00:05:32: So i got more interested in all three modalities around the same time.
00:05:36: When went away to start writing my book In twenty-twenty four I took this material.
00:05:44: like these books I had podcasts Things I wanted listen too.
00:05:47: I just did deep dive the threads between them and making sense of it.
00:05:54: And I know now from my human design, one of my channels is all about making complex ideas simple.
00:06:00: So for me to...I initially just started doing that on myself and then i start doing in on husband and I was like oh be interesting look at the kids!
00:06:08: By the end of three week trip I had created what you call your soul's unique blueprint which is a synthesis.
00:06:18: My own journey and why this really landed for me is that I have a tense aspect between my career in public identity, and my home life as well.
00:06:28: As my personal identity and relationships And A lot of people can have this cross in their angles but mine has played out quite pronounced In my upbringing and the decisions i've made in my life and I had gotten to a point at This Crossroads when I was working with I'd come to this realization that i've left behind all of my art, which is what I had studied in university and it really opened up quite a wound.
00:06:58: And I had a lot of layers of grief That I had to unpack over several year period was Really looking at reflecting on the conditioning.
00:07:09: What has shaped My perspective?
00:07:12: When I could see It In my chart as part Of my journey because everything in my understanding of things is that our soul invites in challenges as a way of growth and we are here to grow and learn.
00:07:27: In earth school while you're on this planet, so when I was able to piece together Ah, just relief I guess or you know it's okay to embrace how i've been.
00:07:45: It's...it's ok that my life has not been linear.
00:07:48: its OK to accept That I like change!I'd like To have fluidity?
00:07:53: I don't Like everything Just being one way.
00:07:56: You Know I'm a manifesting generator Which means I like Have multiple passions and I like to be juggling lots of things.
00:08:01: And-and that really landed for me.
00:08:03: and then um..i'ma six two the six is kind Of The teacher.
00:08:07: they go through quite A journey trial and error, and then more introspective phase before they step out as a role model.
00:08:13: But in the background of two is The Hermit slash natural someone who has a natural talent that really needs to have space solitude time away from others to nurture that?
00:08:24: And I'd always been brought up to believe extraversion was better way to allow myself, actually accept that I need the downtime.
00:08:37: That my soul craves this space and it was a real permission slip for me.
00:08:42: so i think just the more i learn ,the more i realize...this really resonates with me when i can feel like i could be who i am instead of trying to be who im been taught or should be..it takes off.
00:08:59: And for those listening, there's a beautiful wall of art next to Anne-Marie.
00:09:04: Her whole wall is covered in art and I'm nodding along because i've got the two as well.
00:09:09: and that Herman it something i've only learned about in the last three or four years and As someone who's known To be very extroverted any now businesses we have to be visible.
00:09:20: Yeah We have to show up.
00:09:21: The thing about social media too is that people don't realize it, like they see all at once and see it on.
00:09:28: And yeah but I scheduled that you know?
00:09:31: They're always out doing things or talking in my house by myself not talking!
00:09:40: How much do we need to talk more into the space?
00:09:49: And it's really interesting that something else as well you said was like, yeah.
00:09:55: Like just sort of the expectation of what its meant to look like.
00:09:58: and this should be looked at because I've had similar in that someone especially with a manifesting generator having multiple things going on at once feel like no need do one thing.
00:10:12: i can't You know, and they're like you can't do many things that I'm like no.
00:10:17: No, I can't Do one thing?
00:10:18: And it's Like this being told and by people who think They Know you and then i know That they want the best for you but The you know Is trying to tell you and just got This knowing that your like No, there's.
00:10:32: so no it doesn't and It's like you actually don't really know me and it was difficult To find a know yourself when you are Being told by so many.
00:10:45: Yeah, this is the way it looks or This Is The Way You Are and you're like
00:10:49: yes
00:10:50: who are you to tell me?
00:10:53: To kind of.
00:10:54: It's quite rebellious isn't it?
00:10:55: to go mm-hmm do what yourself...to Do What Your Way
00:10:59: Mm-hmm..it is well I think takes a real deep belief that you know yourself best.
00:11:08: In the work that I do, I always say like i'm a guide.
00:11:10: I'm not a guru.
00:11:11: I am here to ask questions and find your answers!
00:11:18: And some of them are so covered with dirt or film or protective layers but in unconscious.
00:11:34: there is still that knowing.
00:11:38: Two of the aspects to work I do, one is this inherent design looking at your soul's path through the lens of human design and gene keys in astrology.
00:11:47: And a second is helping you really touch into your intuitive wisdom because within yourself You have all the answers.
00:11:54: so how we help extract those?
00:11:57: Bring them back for forefront then create practical strategic path forward with that mind.
00:12:05: And the biggest thing is getting people out of their head, you know like and we've been taught everyone.
00:12:10: it's not our fault.
00:12:11: It's just a culture that we have grown up in technology.
00:12:15: I'm huge advocate for AI probably further I get along but don't want to outsource everything.
00:12:25: The robots don't know the answer.
00:12:27: We have the answers so you can, You need to get your answer and then use that as a tool to assist you but not give you the answers.
00:12:35: No But even I think sometimes... ...the way that astrology has been viewed in human design.
00:12:41: gene keys could go into this same basket.
00:12:43: is that.. ..I found at times when i've talked about it people are like Oh!
00:12:49: That's just-that's not who you are because of Leo or thats'nt who you're a generator you don't have to identify as that and it's like, no.
00:12:58: However when you are being fed so much information from everywhere everyone is trying to tell you.
00:13:05: the marketing's trying to telling you advertising.
00:13:07: who will tell your family or friends?
00:13:08: Your workplace?
00:13:09: they're all trying to Tell You Who You Are.
00:13:11: Well To Have Something That Is A Guide As You Said a Blueprint Or A Guide To Go I Just Think Sometimes It's Like Oh!
00:13:18: Thats Why That's Happening.
00:13:20: Oh, that makes sense.
00:13:22: No wonder I reacted like that
00:13:24: or were
00:13:25: mindful of the hermit Like we said no wonder i'm burning out and so friggin exhausted because im not giving myself this space where it's.
00:13:34: when you found there was a need for mine then can protect it and advocate before it Because thats sort part who am now?
00:13:45: There could be as you would have said, like.
00:13:48: there's so many variables and variations but there is a theme.
00:13:52: There is kind of a theme running throughout And to have a personalized one I just think it's a lovely guide and It's like yeah i don't have to follow it Like a rule book
00:14:02: Absolutely
00:14:03: But I do think its really nice To help make sense Of what going on.
00:14:11: Absolutely You know Just in the same way that when you build A building right you have to start with a foundation.
00:14:17: You start with the framework, you start with... The edges that contain or structure and then what you do is up-to-you like how am I gonna paint walls?
00:14:28: How am i going decorate this?
00:14:31: So when can understand some of the framework already there?
00:14:35: right it just.. I was reflecting in newsletter yesterday about my desire for experience change, like I am excited by change.
00:14:46: And we've got a few adjustments happening in our lives at the moment and there it's just interesting to watch how it plays out in the family with me.
00:14:59: okay one i'm the one instigating some of these changes but for me is like I feel calm and excited by changed my youngest son.
00:15:08: sorry my oldest son is not invigorated by change at all.
00:15:12: He has a very fixed energetic individual, it does not come easy to him.
00:15:20: I have to warm up and plant the seeds or paint the broader picture.
00:15:25: here's what isn't changing.
00:15:27: you know bring them along whereas younger son was just like yep that's fine.
00:15:34: okay
00:15:39: What were you doing like, what are we going for work?
00:15:44: Obviously there's been a big time between that but before you came to be this kind of thing.
00:15:51: That is funny.
00:15:52: so in the year I went into a health retreat and was working as marketing strategist And I was also working in my then husband's business doing marketing and customer acquisition stuff.
00:16:16: It went off, it was a super high stress time.
00:16:21: we were looking at selling my husbands' businesses.
00:16:24: the stress levels where palpable like I need some time to decompress as first time i'd ever done anything like that.
00:16:31: so when away and looked into menu of all different things you can choose from Why not?
00:16:38: You know, I have a very high level of skepticism and i thought this might be entertaining.
00:16:45: Let's just see.
00:16:46: you know like at that point in time all I knew was that I wasn't Virgo.
00:16:49: uh And for those who don't know much about astrology when you think about your star sign That's where the sun is in your chart and interesting to note.
00:16:58: but up until you actually referred to your Ascendant, which is a totally different spot on the chart and most likely a very different sign.
00:17:08: And anyway so The Sun Is Where People.
00:17:12: It's Your Core Vitality Its Your Personality.
00:17:15: Anyway.
00:17:16: So That Was All I Knew And I Went And Had This Reading With This Woman And As I Said She Spent All This Time.
00:17:21: But Yes I Was Working In The Wine Industry And Marketing.
00:17:24: Now What I didn't know and what she flagged looking.
00:17:27: She goes, oh you probably work in health and well-being.
00:17:30: And then she was Looking at where my son?
00:17:32: Was placed to the chart.
00:17:33: so we look at the energy of the planet.
00:17:36: So again here We're talking about the Sun but then we have to look at Where does it actually land In The Zodiac?
00:17:41: so we Look At which Constellation is is gibbering.
00:17:45: It's the flavor.
00:17:46: so the Virgo for me makes Me organize his structure and frameworks and very analytical very service-focused, right?
00:17:54: So yes.
00:17:55: Yes I understand all that but then it placed in the sixth house.
00:17:58: and the sixth House is what she was reading which is The House of Health and Wellbeing And Our Daily Routines And The Work That We Do Just Every Day.
00:18:07: And so She Was Reading It And She Was Like oh you probably work In health well being!
00:18:11: And i said uh yeah that's the only thing that didn't land Of everything she read about my chart.
00:18:16: But What She Didn't Know Is About A Week Later I Was Starting a yoga teacher training.
00:18:21: There Was A Five Hundred Hour Training.
00:18:23: I didn't know that was going to change the trajectory of my life.
00:18:36: I didn't know that i was then going to feel so compelled by what i learned, but i had to leave everything that i knew.
00:18:55: To follow a path?
00:18:56: That direction
00:18:57: yeah well oh my gosh i love i just yeah i mean i i know that-i would like want to talk to you more.
00:19:05: i wanted to do it like we did our reading together and then you and ive emailed us loudly.
00:19:09: i just wanna tell him all of this secret fascination.
00:19:12: wish we had hours and hours um But I love that you were so open to that change, but it's funny.
00:19:21: That they've now done this thing the way we met which was like through the skeptics.
00:19:25: So how did they go?
00:19:27: Obviously We're gonna hear them on the podcast and will link to them later.
00:19:32: You had one full skeptic One who'd sort of had readings with still a skeptic And then me.
00:19:39: he was just like all in but hadn't had a reading.
00:19:42: i actually have four.
00:19:43: so there Was yourself.
00:19:45: There was another woman who had never had a reading and really didn't know much about it, but was curious.
00:19:50: And then I had two guys.
00:19:52: One of the guys he had had her reading But...I think He'd have someone kind of look at him.
00:19:59: It wasn' t an official reading ,but..he was like, I don''t know.
00:20:03: Look here's thing.
00:20:05: A chart holds so much information.
00:20:08: We can only distill that information in one hour.
00:20:11: People are going to pull out different aspects based on their training, based on what stands out to them.
00:20:18: Maybe something they can even relate too and that could see a story behind right?
00:20:21: And so your chart can be read however many different ways.
00:20:26: there are people who were going to read it Right based on the experience of that individual On every level anyway.
00:20:32: So this guy Had had some readings but has have seen some things that we're like yeah But other things he was like Matt.
00:20:41: And then the last person, interestingly was just a guy who came and did some work in the house.
00:20:47: We were chatting... He asked me what I did and I told him as we continued to chat-I was pulling out In my mind's eye.
00:20:57: You're probably this you're probably that by the end of the conversation?
00:21:00: Oh like hey i'm doing this thing would be interested.
00:21:03: so he was eight total skeptic.
00:21:06: And one of the things I start, the readings that i do off with is looking at how your chart has been activated in our life over certain periods of time.
00:21:16: and The very first thing I threw at him he went oh You know?
00:21:23: It was actually.
00:21:23: it was a quite an intense experience that he'd had in his life.
00:21:28: Then we went to another couple points and for everyone he was like whoo And so I think by the time.
00:21:34: We even got into some of the personality.
00:21:36: in other aspects He was like whoa, what is this?
00:21:39: Um, and it was you know an interesting conversation but you know across-the-board i feel What I hope people walk away with Is more understanding Of themselves Again more permission to just be who they are, not see their path is wrong.
00:21:58: Just understand it better and embrace where there going you know?
00:22:04: Yeah for me my husband's a bit of skeptic I think understanding how we interact.
00:22:12: so i love all these things because if I understand myself then Hopefully other people better and I love personality tests.
00:22:21: And all these sort of profiling things because, they use them in businesses right?
00:22:25: Like why are you so open to this one which is like something that someone created Which was a score You know They've put all these numbers together and worked it out.
00:22:36: Astrology Is Something That And Why I Love Countries Like India Where I Visit Often It's Just Engrained Even Like They Won't Pick A Wedding Date Without Going To See
00:22:45: Insulting.
00:22:46: Yeah, the
00:22:47: person and they will get married at one a.m because that's the auspicious time.
00:22:50: They'll wear certain gemstones And it has to be gifted two by six people.
00:22:54: in those is and there's spirituality and Connectedness to the world.
00:22:59: and then like.
00:23:00: so for someone my husband who was scientist and marine biologist It's like.
00:23:04: So you know how?
00:23:05: Like the water affects You know like the moon effects of the water like there's a gravitational pull blah blah blah.
00:23:11: I don't know science well Don't you think that if it's affecting the ocean the largest body of thing on the earth, I thought water is the most thing we have.
00:23:21: Would that not affect
00:23:23: us?
00:23:23: You as well for sure!
00:23:26: And i love it goes to a psychologist sometimes and she's like don't know what's happening in your brain in science and i'm like take our money i love you.
00:23:33: so he's not quite come around to it yet but i'm Like.
00:23:35: It helps me So much To look at his chart and Look At my son's chart and understand how We're interacting with each other.
00:23:42: and reading something at such A young where my son was very first born, just getting a little tiny idea of how my Leo and his Capricorn in My Husband's Aries and Capricorne would interact.
00:23:54: And you see it play out?
00:23:56: It doesn't mean that... That is it!
00:24:00: Well this way we work with it.
00:24:02: but coming around to say do I feel like It was very like black and white a little while ago.
00:24:11: But it's, you're a woo-woo!
00:24:13: You started talking about this stuff your woo-woo?
00:24:15: And go I don't do Woo-Woo or Witchcraft.
00:24:19: Like witchy stuff but... A lot of these words manifesting just some things are coming into conversation.
00:24:32: Do think is our algorithm being open?
00:24:36: that then people around us.
00:24:38: or do we think this is actually something that's shifting?
00:24:42: Yeah.
00:24:44: And I think there are both, absolutely the algorithm feeds us more of what we're interested in.
00:24:50: but i do think overall conversation also expanding.
00:24:54: even when first came to breathwork and mindfulness which was in That even mindfulness, yes it was around in BSR.
00:25:07: It's not prolific.
00:25:10: the average person didn't talk about mindfulness.
00:25:13: now that is part of a daily.
00:25:15: you know businesses are my or mindful.
00:25:18: themselves have their health and well-being other employees right.
00:25:21: so there isn't shift towards that.
00:25:24: no You know, as we move towards twenty-twenty seven which is an auspicious time from a energetic perspective in human design.
00:25:32: It's the new paradigm.
00:25:34: We are expecting
00:25:37: A
00:25:37: really fast change to the way that we Relate to one another and how we Are in general?
00:25:44: And I think it's opening us up.
00:25:46: our Frequency level or resonance with The other energies at play are just shifting.
00:25:54: That's not to say that, you know like with all challenge.
00:25:59: Like there is a lot of challenge in the world at the moment right?
00:26:03: Challenge creates change!
00:26:05: Right people don't change if they're not feeling tension when things are easy and you could look at it from a philosophical perspective, at higher level and say the world is undergoing.
00:26:20: A lot of tension points this point in time as part that's taking us to new direction.
00:26:29: I ended up stepping away from therapeutic yoga and medical space because i wanted be able talk about spiritual aspect and I felt that because i was in a quite scientific rigorous area, yoga as whole of course is background.
00:26:50: It's spiritual like where it has come from but western society particular the way he progressed recent times become more exercise or maybe calming regulating nervous system etc.
00:27:07: I didn't feel like i had the ability to go into this spiritual aspects.
00:27:12: And probably, you know my own growth trajectory was taking me that way as well.
00:27:16: so The longer I was in that space the more I felt Like I can actually speak To the things That I want to speak too.
00:27:22: and but I think You Know?
00:27:24: The More we Speak to it.
00:27:25: remember when I When I first started doing some of the research for My book you know, when you look at who believes in paranormal activity or that there is more to life than what we can see and sense and taste.
00:27:38: Right?
00:27:39: And it was like a seventy-four percent!
00:27:40: I'm thinking whoa because i definitely have not come from that seventy four percent...I've come from the twenty six percent that does not....you know this is NOT A conversation to be had or believed in..it's to be warned against.
00:27:57: yeah so I think there's shift happening.
00:28:00: And the more we talk about it, you know?
00:28:02: The more people want to know... At least for me, the more I learn and realize how little I know.
00:28:10: Yeah!
00:28:11: Because because i'm comfortable with it then using it not like i'll sit here preach or let me read a chart but because I use it conversationally and its just part of my language now.
00:28:31: You know, oh i'm a generator but what do you mean?
00:28:33: Like in one of my profiles for the archetypes thing is that another was like money archetype so ima celebrity and then one day said Because Im A Celebrity!
00:28:40: And My Friend Just Lost It and I Was So Used To Talking In That Language.
00:28:45: Then I Was Like Oh I'm Not Like...I Don't Think But I Am A Sort Of Like.
00:28:49: I am like.
00:28:50: that's my profile.
00:28:51: So yeah, i would say something like that but she just thought it was so funny.
00:28:55: So are you saying i'm a leo?
00:28:56: amid this or because of you know happening?
00:29:00: I think the more that we have that conversationally and be open to It there's going to be people who are open And um You know can be curious and and just I don't use it as a tool Like using is part of you.
00:29:11: Know, you don't have to go all in uh To hire deep dive-in.
00:29:16: But Being aware and just also does not deny that it's hard to deny.
00:29:22: That there is not an energetic something going on in.
00:29:27: I have struggled with the world as changing.
00:29:29: I keep hearing this The World Is Changing, The World is Changing.
00:29:31: only reason is because you love change actually loved changed And i'm just like but the Only Constant is Change
00:29:39: mm-hmm
00:29:40: There has always been a change But Potentially As You Said at that Collectiveness.
00:29:46: But, you know change is happening every single day but maybe at this elevated pace.
00:29:53: There absolutely like the only consistent thing has changed for sure.
00:29:57: and there are moments in history where there have been a paradigm shift right?
00:30:03: And so The Industrial Revolution was one of them.
00:30:08: The Agricultural Revolution was on it then!
00:30:10: But what's happening now is a paradigm shifts.
00:30:13: The access to knowledge is a big part of that.
00:30:18: But there's also this knowledge, you know.
00:30:22: I was reading the book Many Masters, Many Lives just yesterday while my son having surgery and it is about the psychiatrist or very prominent psychiatrist who ended up going into past life regression unexpectedly through hypnosis with one his students And he did not believe in at all as well.
00:30:42: He had been already working no benefits to her fears, her phobias everything she was experiencing.
00:30:52: And once he started hypnotizing her and she started regressing into past lives these different experiences started surfacing that were related to the phobies that she was having in this present day.
00:31:09: It's a powerful book.
00:31:12: I came home when I said whoa!
00:31:13: That is so cool talking my children about it And my son, the big sun.
00:31:17: The one who is resistant to change his first comment always says no because.
00:31:24: well I don't believe in that and i said That's okay you Don't have To Believe In It but let's just hold space for a moment For the fact.
00:31:32: there are billions of people Who believe in past lives right?
00:31:39: We Have Not Grown Up In A Culture Where That Has Been part of our understanding, but there are billions of people that do believe this.
00:31:47: So your beliefs Are based on what I have shared with you?
00:31:53: What your father has shared with You?
00:31:55: What had you been taught and learned from Your environment?
00:32:00: so i'm just flagging It's important to be open right?
00:32:04: so you can believe This or not.
00:32:06: you Can read this book Or Not.
00:32:08: the information is There.
00:32:09: You can experience it however you want.
00:32:11: But for me to look at and go, because there are different aspects in the chart that... ...you can specifically look out of what has a person brought from their past lives?
00:32:23: What's the imprint on energies they're comfortable with or natural gifts?
00:32:28: If someone like Mozart who is three years old was playing music then he would be like That is a gift that had been brought into my perspective from a past life.
00:32:38: And so, when we can look at ourselves from that perspective too and then go okay but where am I being asked to go in this life?
00:32:48: I just think it's fascinating to see there is imprints of energy that are helping us give direction.
00:32:57: should we choose!
00:32:58: There're plenty people who will never ever use this as guidance or prerogative.
00:33:05: I
00:33:06: love that.
00:33:07: You'll have to send me the name of that book, it's fantastic!
00:33:10: I hope your son is okay and um...I wish i could talk with you forever but we have-i'm so conscious of time.
00:33:18: Um yeah.. I want to ask you uh well I wanna thank you for saying something in our reading about maybe wanting a cry?
00:33:25: It was just really like kind of stamped my voice as my gift And when you write it out, and just like struck me.
00:33:39: So I heard many times through many things compliments blah-blah feel it but to have it the way that you said it.
00:33:48: so i want thank for that.
00:33:51: You said a lot of thing in time we were together But that is reverberated.
